1. Acceptance of Terms
- By using the Therapy room (“we” or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without notice. Your continued use of the Therapy room constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Room Usage:
- You are responsible for booking the Therapy room online. Access to the room is granted only during the specified booked hours or days.
- You may not use the therapy room for any illegal or unethical purpose.
- You are responsible for leaving the room clean and tidy after each use.
- We are not involved in scheduling or payment for your client services.
- No-shows or cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the appointment time will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled appointment.
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment, a refund will be processed. Please be aware that a non-refundable processing fee will be deducted from the total refund amount.
- Please vacate the room within 15 minutes of your appointment end time. A $20 fee will be charged for exceeding this time.
- We reserve the right to modify operating hours or restrict room access for maintenance or other reasons, providing reasonable notice where possible.
3. Amenities
- We provide massage table, reception desk, hot towels, towel warmer, foot soak tub and massage cream.
- You are responsible for providing your own linens, towels, and other necessary supplies.
4. Client Conduct:
- You are responsible for the conduct of their clients while on the premises.
- You must ensure that clients adhere to our policies.
5. Liability
- We are not liable for any injuries, loss, or damages occurring on the premises or during your use of the Therapy Room. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from your use of the Therapy room.
